Another Satisfied Customer

A couple of weeks ago I shared a letter from one of our clients (read her letter here).  Well, I’m back to share another letter with you.  In the summer of 2008, we were hired to design this Italianate style house in Daniel Island Park:

The homeowners took some time between completing the design process and beginning the construction.  Their home was completed this spring, and I recently received the following letter:

A Letter of Thanks

In this business, the most important thing is your client and your client’s happiness.  Yes, it’s important to create beautiful buildings, but no matter how beautiful a building, if your client is less than happy with the experience, you have not done a good job.  When a client walks into my office, they are experiencing a thousand emotions, from excitement and joy to finally working on their dream home, to fear and uncertainty.  It’s my job to take away the fear and uncertainty and make the design process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
