We are excited to have just completed the design work on a custom home on Ithecaw Creek Street in Daniel Island Park. This house has wonderful views of the 16th hole of the Ralston Creek Course. Like many clients these days, these homeowners were excited to create some nice outdoor living spaces. They will have a nice large screen porch that opens out to a raised terrace with a fire pit nearby. Each room is filled with glass to bring in plenty of light and open up the house to the gorgeous views. This home will also feature a beautiful custom, climate controlled wine room, 4 bedrooms, and a nice open floor plan. Perfect for entertaining!
